What is Browser-Safe Color Palette / Web-Safe Colors?
Web colors are colors that are use in designing web pages,
and the methods for describing and specifying those colors.
There is a palette of 216 colors which, when used by a designer in graphics intended for display on the Web,
should not be dithered, altered, or otherwise screwed up by a Web browser.Each of them is recognise by a color code.

Is it still relevant in today??s context? Why?
Yes..though computers nowadays are able to support more than million of colors but for
certain devices they are still unable to support certain colors.

What are the common fonts face found on PC & Mac?

What is Page loading time and how it influence your design?
Page loading is the time taken to load a webpage..If a page loading time is slow and laggy ,viewer will be impatient and close the web page they will not be bother to load it again..
